User assumes all responsibility for proper use of all Clean-Ag products. Always follow directions on label. Always test on a single plant before use on any and all crops.

SHIPPING POLICY
In case of damage beyond use during delivery:
Step 1) customer must inspect and refuse shipment, and have delivery person state that package was damaged on manifest.
Step 2) notify Clean-Ag by email or phone so the item can be replaced free of charge in a timely manner. Please include invoice number, and photos of damaged packaging if possible.
In case of damage during delivery but still usable:
Step 1) customer must inspect and notify driver to note on manifest that package is damaged before accepting the package.
Step 2) notify Clean-Ag by email or phone so damage can be reviewed and if possible corrected on future shipments. Please include invoice number, and photos of damaged packaging if possible.
